Chocolate Kidney Bean Cake

ingredients


16 oz canned or cooked dark red kidney beans
1 tsp instant coffee or 1/2 tbsp coffee from pot
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
6 tbsp margarine
1 cup sugar
5 eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 325, place all ingredients except baking soda, baking powder and eggs in blender. Blend until mixture is too thick to blend. Add eggs, baking powder and baking soda. Then puree until smooth and mixed. Grease 8x8 cake pan, bake 35-45 min.
